Please read through the registration information before registering your camper. To register your camper click the “Register My Camper NOW” after the Camper Registration Options.
Summer Camp Sessions

Happy Hills is open for five summer camp sessions with registration on a first-come, first-paid basis beginning March 31.  Campers should plan to attend the session according to the grade they enter in the fall.

We found limiting the number of campers at each session insures the children receive more individual attention and have a better camp experience.  All camp sessions are limited to the first 60 paid campers.  Due to space limitations, please register campers for only one camp session.

Fall/Spring Youth Retreats

Happy Hills has a weekend fall retreat for our Senior High Campers (9th-12th) and a weekend spring retreat for our Junior High Campers (6th-8th) with registration on a first-come, first-paid basis beginning one month from the date of the retreat. Campers should plan to attend the retreat according to the current grade they are in.

Complete the following registration form and submit payment by either check or major credit card (not Discover, however); it’s that simple. 


Camper Registration Options

1) My camper has not attended camp/retreat at Happy Hills.
  1. The mobile number (or email address) and name that is needed to begin registration is for the parent/guardian to be the registration contact for the camper. This is important so that we can contact the parent/guardian if there is information that is missing from the registration.
  2. Click “Add Someone Else” to add your camper. You can add all of your campers even if they are attending different camp sessions. After you have added all your campers click “Next: Details”. Follow the remaining prompts to finalize the registration.
  3. If your church has a camp code please enter it in the discount code area on the payment page before you submit your registration.
  4. After the registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation with links to fill out the camper emergency contacts and medical information. Please have the following information on hand: (1) All allergy and medication information which is forwarded to the Dean to be used by the Camp Nurse. (2) Name of Insurance Company and policy number.

Please note, no walk-in registration is permitted.

Anyone who would like to register after a camp session or retreat is closed may be added to a waiting list, in the event of a cancellation.

2) My camper has attended camp/retreat at Happy Hills.
  1. Use the mobile number (or email address) you used to register your camper.
  2. You will need to enter the six-digit code that will be sent via text (or email) for verification.
  3. Select the parent/guardian name to log in so that you are the registration contact. This is important so that we can contact the parent/guardian if there is information that is missing from the registration.
  4. Select all campers that will be attending and select the camp session for each camper. You can register all of your campers at one time even if they are attending different camp sessions.
  5. Verify all information for each camper.
  6. If your church has a camp code please enter it in the discount code area on the payment page before you submit your registration.
  7. After the registration is complete you will receive an email confirmation with links to fill out the camper emergency contacts and medical information. Please have the following information on hand: (1) All allergy and medication information which is forwarded to the Dean to be used by the Camp Nurse. Happy Hills is open to any child regardless of race, color, nationality or ethnic origin.

To receive information on tuition scholarships, please contact the dean of the camp you are interested in attending.

Cancellation Policy
All monies are non-refundable unless you cancel your scheduled camp session by the registration deadline (7 days before the start date of the campers week of camp).  In which case a 50 percent refund will be issued.  As we typically have a waiting list, please notify us at campstaff@happyhills.org if you need to cancel your registration.

Privacy Policy
The registration section of the web site is provided by Happy Hills to allow our staff and campers to register and pay for their camp sessions online. 

Information Collection
If you decide to register, you will be asked to provide your name, contact information, and credit card billing information.  All of this information is encrypted using SSL, an industry standard secure technology.  This encryption is designed to prevent the theft or interception of the information you provide.  SSL encryption is indicated on your Web browser by the display of a lock or key on the browser status bar.

Happy Hills does not sell, trade, rent, or share your information with any entity other than our staff and the vendor we have selected to process payment transactions, which has its own privacy policy.  

Email Addresses
Happy Hills collects your email address to use as part of your contact information.  Happy Hills will not disclose, sell, trade, rent, or otherwise reveal your email address to any entity.

Security
In addition to utilizing SSL encryption for all transactions, stores encrypted credit card numbers and passwords, as well as other information, on servers that are kept in a physically secure environment with strict policies that minimize staff access to the information contained therein.  The Card Security Code is only used for credit card processing and is not stored on Happy Hills’ servers.
